Manifesto

In Finland there are young people who sold their first product before anyone taught them how. Who ran an event, built an audience or reached the top of their sport as teenagers. And young people building things in high school and university that nobody asked for.

All of them hear the same question: why are you doing that?

Almost every community expects you to be in some school or club. For those walking outside the pipeline there is no crowd where you don't have to defend what you do. YNOT is that crowd.

We bring ambitious young people to the same table, whatever their field. We do, we don't talk: builder nights, mini hackathons with real challenges, company visits and peer circles for young founders. In the sales hackathon real customers pick the winner, not the best demo.

Companies, cities, schools and associations bring their real problems to the table. An experiment can turn into a summer job, an internship, a gig or a company of your own.

No applications. No selection. You can always bring a friend. The community and its decisions belong to the young.

Young people carry this society. The next companies, jobs and solutions will come from a crowd that started before anyone gave permission.

We start in Helsinki. The goal is a crowd in every big city and a link to similar communities around the world.
